1.
Adolescent
Therapy
Navigating adolescence can be tough, filled with changes, pressures, and uncertainties. As a therapist committed to working with youth, I create a welcoming environment where young people can openly express their thoughts and feelings. Whether dealing with anxiety, depression, peer pressure, or identity issues, my goal is to provide support and guidance during this critical time and understanding themselves. Parents are welcome to contact me on their behalf.
2.
New
Parents
As a dedicated therapist in supporting new parents, I understand the unique challenges that come with the transition to parenthood. Many new parents face issues such as postpartum depression (PPD), breastfeeding difficulties, and anxiety about their new responsibilities. My approach is compassionate and tailored to your individual needs, providing a safe space to explore your feelings and experiences.
3.
Adults
Life can be challenging, and it's not uncommon to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck at times. I provide a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts and emotions. Whether you're dealing with stress, relationship issues, wanting to heal your inner child or address feelings of sadness, my approach is compassionate and personalised to meet your unique needs.

Online
Sessions
Online therapy offers a range of benefits that make mental health support more accessible and convenient for many individuals. One of the primary advantages is flexibility; clients can schedule sessions from the comfort of their homes, reducing barriers like travel time and costs. It can be an effective way to receive support, particularly for those with busy schedules, mobility issues, or those living in remote areas where mental health services are limited.
Meet Alice
Hi, I’m Alice and I took myself to therapy in 2018 and it all started from there. To put it lightly, it changed my life. We are on the never ending journey of growing, learning and healing.
From a young age I always wanted to cheer people up. Making people laugh and feel safe was something I did naturally. I work with a non judgmental attitude, have an open mind, stay attuned and remain patient.

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, Peer Supporter for breastfeeding parents. Also a wife, sister, daughter, mother, friend and ultimately, a human being.

My Therapeutic Approach
Person Centered, Individualistic, Considerate, Open Minded, Background Work and use of the Transactional Analysis model.

Transactional Analysis is a collaborative, present-focused therapy that empowers clients to understand their interactions, identify unhealthy patterns, and rewrite their scripts to create more fulfilling relationships and outcomes
